By registering as a Partner of Stocklot Seller, you agree to the following updated terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure a transparent, secure, and mutually beneficial relationship. (1) Eligibility: Business buyers only. Must complete 3 successful shipments to unlock advanced benefits. (2) Credit: After 3 full advance payments, eligible partners may get 25% credit (pay 75% now, 25% on delivery). (3) Profit Sharing: Available on select lots with prior agreement. Terms decided case-by-case. (4) Payment: 100% advance (first 3 orders). TT only. (5) No Returns: All stocklots are final sale. Claims accepted within 3 days for damaged/wrong items only. (6) Confidentiality: Partner prices and offers must not be shared publicly. (7) Termination: Partnership may be canceled for late payments, fraud, or misuse.
